Mystery 2010, Step 2
Cutting:
Accent fabrics:
From each of the 12 accent fabrics cut these:
three 8 3/8 inch squares. Cut these in half once to yield six triangles of each color.
seventeen 2 1/2 inch squares from each of the accent fabrics. Set eight of each color aside for later use.
Piecing the center of the quilt together:
Sew 12 nine patch blocks using your accent fabric 2 1/2 inch squares. Use two different fabrics: four of one color and five of another in each nine patch. Mix the fabrics as you like.
