PRESIDENT’S GREETING: December
Hello Tree City Quilters: Welcome to December I think the older I get the years keep getting faster, it seams there is never enough time to get done what I want to accomplish.
I want to thank everyone for your support during this year; I hope everyone had fun with our UFO project. I know I challenged everyone that took part but just think now for our quilt show you have projects done and ready. Remember our quilt show is 4 months away!
I made everyone a badge that signed up for the UFO project if you did not get one at the November meeting come see me, and if you did not join the UFO project and want a badge I will give you one, if I run out I will make more and you can get one in January. I will draw a name for the left over cash and I will draw another name for a small basket prize I am making.
I look forward to our Christmas party, it’s a time to visit with everyone and have fun.
I want to give a big thank You to Barb Byler for all the years she has done our newsletter, our membership book and keeping track of our members. She is a TCQ member in her heart and soul.
I wish the incoming President Kay and her board the best for next year; I know it will be another great year for TCQ’s.
